To all the fathers out there in many forms – those who love, comfort, care for, mentor, teach, and support, and those who may not yet know how to show up – I see you.  I see how you carry a heavy weight on your shoulders to provide, to work hard, to be strong and unwavering, to hide your pain, to be many things for others all at once.  I honor the divine masculine in you.  May you be supported, loved, free to fully feel, free to express your emotions and what you need, and free to be the full spectrum of all that you are.
